The specified data elements marked with an asterisk (*) are mandatory and are a prerequisite for concluding a contract. Therefore, you are obliged to provide your personal data. If you do not provide the information, we will not be able to fulfill your request.

Based on your browsing behavior on our site, a test drive or voucher offer window for the model you are interested in may be displayed.

Your personal data will be stored for ten years after termination of the contractual relationship. In case you have given your consent for marketing purposes, your personal data will be stored for those purposes for three years from the last contact with us.

3.1. Customer care and social media support
You can also contact us through our social networks. For example, when you send us a message or post something on one of our social networks, we may use that information to help you resolve a problem you reported through that social network. In order to provide you with the support you requested, we may ask you to provide us with more information about the problem, including your name, email address, vehicle chassis number (VIN), phone number, location (city/state) and /or the make, model and model year of your vehicle. The data you provide will not be used for direct marketing: market research for the purposes of service and product improvement will only be conducted on the basis of aggregated (anonymized) data.

Please ensure that your messages or posts do not contain sensitive information (such as information about racial or ethnic origin, political views, religious and philosophical beliefs, or health-related information). Keep in mind that the content you post on public social networks is available to everyone.

3.2. Links to social networks / plug-ins for social networks
Our website includes links to social networks.

In order to protect your personal data while visiting our site, we do not use social media plugins. Instead, HTML links are embedded in the site, allowing for easy sharing on social media platforms. Embedding the link prevents a direct connection to different social media network servers when opening an individual page from our website. Clicking on one of the buttons opens a window that directs the user to the website of the respective service provider where (after logging in) he can use, for example, the “Like” or “Share” button.
